Upon completing the 1-day workshop, you will be entitled to a Certification in PATH Competency-based Development. The certificate will have a unique certification number and you’ll be part of the pioneer batch of Talegent-certified HR professionals for Competency-based Selection.

Payment must be made at the time of booking unless specifically stated.  Requests for invoices can only be processed with a valid purchase order and is subject to prior approval.

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounted rates. At the point of booking the discount offered applies to the person attending the course.

If you cannot attend the workshop, you can transfer your slot to another individual. Slots can be transferred at any time up to 1 day before the session. Please note an additional charge may be applicable if the new attendee is not entitled to the same rate
If TalentView has to cancel the event, our liability in the event of cancellation is limited to either a transfer of slot to the next run or a full refund of the event fee only. We will not refund any travel or hotel costs associated with the cancellation of the session.

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to support@talegent.com.ph. The charge for canceling your booking is:

  • 7 days or more before the event – 20% discretionary administration fee applicable
  • Less than 7 days before the event – No refund (transfer to another individual only)

About the facilitator

Lawrence is the Head of Talent Research and Audit. He is a certified ICE Cube Facilitator and a recipient of Level A and B assessment certifications from the British Psychological Society. Using comprehensive and real-time data, Lawrence provides HR leaders with tools and technologies to address high-level people decisions making them more agile at responding to both the needs of the business and its employees. His experience in growing the BPO market for human capital technology has allowed him to work with a network of outsourcing leaders in the region to develop talent management initiatives.

Lawrence holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Psychology from Southville International School. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling to any place where good coffee is served and the sun meets the sea.
