Position Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities, produce leads, and books appointments to express value of Career Portal System solutions
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at Human Resources and Organizational Development Leaders
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with potential clients in developing their human resources
  • Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
  • Manage a leads database, calling prospective clients for appointment setting
  • Work closely with manager to maximize content reach and exposure
  • Create and manage a social media content including: Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, Twitter, and etc.
  • Prepare proposals that reflect the needs of the perspective clients
  • Develops presentations aligned to the user value propositions aimed at Human Resources leaders
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with potential clients in solving their challenges
  • Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
  • Manage a leads database, calling prospective clients for appointment setting
  • Work closely with manager to maximize content reach and exposure
  • Network with HR practitioners to develop their interest with TalentView solutions
  • Closely collaborate with the marketing team to create new campaigns to generate awareness, set meetings, and educate the market

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurial Management, Advertising, Communications, or other related courses
  • At least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Must have a LinkedIn account
  • Experience in using social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs, and etc.
  • Excellent in written and oral communication skills
  • Has business understanding on Human resources
  • With excellent follow-up and organizational skills
