Anj is the CEO of TalentView, an employer branding firm helping Fortune organizations in Southeast Asia get noticed and loved with their talent brand. With more than a decade of experience in designing human capital strategies and implementing HR technology platforms, she has also been invited to share her insights in HR leadership conferences and publications such as Inc. Magazine.
Anj is one of the pioneering graduates of the Employer Brand Leadership program of Employer Branding College, Australia and is also an MBA of De La Salle University Manila.
Poch is a certified digital marketer with more than 8 years of experience in conceptualizing and executing recruitment marketing programs. With a keen interest in technology and social media, Poch brings to TalentView a combination of process orientation and marketing savvy that increases the team’s agility at responding to unique (or sometimes crazy) requests from both internal and external clients. He currently supports TalentView’s key clients such as Watson, SM, Del Monte and First Gen. Having represented TalentView at the first World Employer Branding Day held at Czech Republic, Poch continues to excite talent communities by integrating world-class employer brand solutions to bring new concepts to life. Poch graduated with a degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
Business-focused and passionate about talent measurement, Dianne brings testing to another level with her uncanny ability to streamline talent acquisition and development for TalentView’s key clients through state-of-the-art technologies and a practical approach to managing the candidate funnel. She has received assessment certifications from Talegent, Previsor, SHL and the British Pscyhological Society, giving her a unique perspective on technology platforms and the future of talent measurement. Dianne graduated with a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Ateneo De Manila and is also a registered psychometrician with the Philippine Association of Psychology. She currently supports TalentView’s key clients such as Tiger Resorts, Monde Nissin and Unilab.
Lawrence is a certified ICE Cube Facilitator and a recipient of Level A and B assessment certifications from the British Psychological Society. Using comprehensive and real-time data, Lawrence provides HR leaders with tools and technologies to address high-level people decisions making them more agile at responding to both the needs of the business and its employees. His experience in growing the BPO market for human capital technology has allowed him to work with a network of outsourcing leaders in the region to develop talent management initiatives. He holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Psychology from Southville International School. In his spare time, Lawrence enjoys travelling to any place where good coffee is served and the sun meets the sea.
