Anj has over a decade of experience in designing human capital strategies and implementing HR technology platforms across Fortune 500 organizations in Southeast Asia. Beginning her career in recruitment and talent acquisition, Anj saw the need to think differently to tackle everyday people management by establishing stronger relationships across the talent lifecycle and refocusing initiatives towards effective design, strategy and technology. She has been invited to speak at several conferences on the topic of employer branding, including the HR Tech Tank in Hong Kong and the HR Leadership Conference in Manila. Her insights on employer branding and talent management have also been published on Inc. Southeast Asia. Anj graduated with distinction from the Level 1 Employer Brand Leader program of Employer Branding College, Australia and is also an MBA graduate of De La Salle University Manila.

Dianne is the Head for Talent Measurement Solutions of Talegent Philippines and is an experienced Talent Management solution consultant. With a proven record of growing sales revenue by an average of 120%, she has worked with multinational and large local organizations in implementing their recruitment and selection strategies. Dianne also worked as a trainer/facilitator, with the goal of orienting her audience with Competency-Based Human Resource and best practice.
Dianne is a recipient of Level A and Level B Certification from the British Psychological Society (BPS) for Personality and Ability Testing. She is also a Registered Psychometrician in the Philippines.
Dianne holds a degree in Psychology (2008) from the University of Sto. Tomas and has recently completed her masters degree in Business Administration at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (2015).
